Our Mission

We are dedicated to offering an environment and a platform for children’s education, and empowerment of their skills, talents, and creativity to meet the need of the country’s future technology and social workforce readiness.

What We Do

  • We provide opportunities and platform for children to develop their talents and skills.

  • Through regular STEM competitions, we nurture, praise, encourage and enrich identified and recognized talents.  Competitions are on different topics such as technology, climate change control, renewable energy, environmental protection, and entrepreneurship. The best achievers in different areas are rewarded with grants/scholarships and other resources to improve their skills/talents.

  • We believe that developing children's talents is the development of the community and the country's future workforce of all aspects and walks of life because kids are the future of the nation.

  • The CSTEP platform is designed to maximize innovation and growth as all of our brightest youth should have the opportunity to become inventors, and potentialities for future innovations have a lot to do with the circumstances and opportunities that are provided to them.

  • This platform increases exposure to innovation and provides powerful opportunities to increase the number of inventors in America, particularly among women, minorities, and children from low-income families.

  •  CSTEP is one of the nation’s preeminent organizations dedicated to providing children opportunities to inspire one another, unlock potentialities, empower and accelerate innovation, and scale effortlessly to national platforms.  CSTEP will take them through the journey to national and international platforms.

  • We offer support to those most deserving through grants and scholarships based on availability to improve their achievements.

  • We offer opportunities for children to learn computer programming and coding.

  • Opportunities for information technology and cyber security mentorship through experts in the fields.

  • Most dedicated and qualified children are guided by experts to participate in the nation's children's cyber and ethical hacking competitions allowing children to spearhead cyber technology.

  • We provide expert mentorship and coaching in art, writing, reading, engineering, etc.

  • CSTEP is here to tap into our country’s underutilized talents by increasing exposure to an environment where children, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds can innovate, invent and develop their talents.

  • In addition to education, we have a great interest in culture and tradition. The collaboration with Virginia Tourism Corporation and Tourism authorities, we organize every two years cultural and traditional festivals to promote culture and diversity.

  • We inform and educate youth on drugs and alcohol usage and its consequences.
